Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are not permitted on the CyberIllumination™ sites and services operated by Continuous Compliance, LLC. It supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Use.

You may not

  • Use the services in a way that violates any law or regulation, or that infringes the rights of any person or entity.
  • Submit information about an organization you are not authorized to represent, or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, CAGE code, or UEI.
  • Store or process classified information on the services.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the services without written authorization (see our Responsible Disclosure program for the authorized path).
  • Attempt to access another organization's data outside the sharing grants that organization has made, or circumvent access controls, access logging, or usage limits.
  • Automate account registration, scrape the services, or access the services by any means other than the interfaces we provide.
  • Use the services to harass others, or for unapproved solicitations or promotions.
  • Resell, sublicense, or make the services available to anyone other than your authorized users.
  • Use the services for benchmarking or competitive purposes, or to build a competitive product or service.

Enforcement

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this policy, we may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, notify affected data owners, and take appropriate legal action. Where practical, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to remedy the violation before suspension, as described in the applicable agreement.
