- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Our response
Upon receipt of a valid notification, we will remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the user who posted it, and, where appropriate under our agreements, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
