Continuous Compliance, LLC maintains insurance coverage appropriate to the services it delivers. This page describes the coverage we carry for the CyberIllumination™ service.

Coverage

• Commercial general liability – covering bodily injury and property damage.
• Cyber liability and data breach response – covering security breach response costs, notification, credit monitoring, and related third-party claims.
• Technology errors and omissions – covering claims arising from the performance of our technology services.
• Workers’ compensation – as required by applicable law.

Certificates of insurance, including current limits of liability, are available to clients and prospective clients upon request to legal@cyberillumination.us. The remedies described in the Subscription Agreement that reference insurance are limited to the coverage and limits in effect at the time of the relevant event.
