This page describes how you may use the trademarks and copyrighted materials of Continuous Compliance, LLC.
Our marks
CyberIllumination™ and the associated logos and shield marks are trademarks of Continuous Compliance, LLC. The product name is written “CyberIllumination” — one word, capital C and capital I, with the ™ symbol on first use.
Permitted use
- Referring to our products and services by name in factual, editorial contexts (e.g., “we respond to illumination inquiries through CyberIllumination™”).
- Clients and beta participants may state that they use CyberIllumination™.
Prohibited use
- Using our marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist — including any suggestion of endorsement by the U.S. Department of War.
- Incorporating our marks into your own product names, service names, trademarks, logos, or company names.
- Altering our logos, or using them in a confusingly similar form.
- Registering domain names, social media handles, or advertising keywords consisting of or incorporating our marks.
